Apparently your chip card has to be left in the pump until it times out and no longer uses your speedway card for points. That's the only way the pumps work now according to the employees. As someone who gets fuel 2-3 times a day, I won't be using Speedway anymore.

Until very recently was my favorite Speedway in Saginaw and one of the ones that felt the safest at 3:00 a.m. or so, but the new obnoxiously loud card readers that just blast the most ridiculous out of touch not related to me advertisements on the planet on the gas pumps that refuse to work with chip cards have changed my mind on that.

I went in just to get a drink but….the cooler barely had anything to choose from. So I opted for a slushy but… most of the flavors were down, not to mention the place was trashed. There was sticky slurpee juice running down the counter into the cup lids. The floor looked like rush hour traffic had driven through a few times, the store was in total disarray which yielded me to just leave. It was a disgrace! Get it together lil lazy people!

This store seems to have really gone downhill. cleanliness does not seem to be their number one priority. The staff is really friendly and I’m sure they are stretched too thin, but at some point Cleanliness has to be addressed.

The people here are not friendly management never has receipts outside at the pump nobody never knows what's going know I need new staff and new management

They sold me a poorly made gas can for $22. Spout on it broke when my kid was trying to close it, making it impossible to close. As it's illegal and more importantly unsafe to drive with an open container of gasoline and also to just leave it there, we asked for another gas can, a refund or at least for them to dispose of the gasoline. They refused all three requests. I had to literally call the police, who made them give me a lid for the gas can. The assistant manager was mad that the police were called and banned me.While waiting for the police, an employee walked out to a pump carrying a lit cigarette. She hung out with it for a while, next to the fuel pumps. The assistant denied it had happened.I don't think anyone at this place understands basic safety laws or regulations.

Whoever designed this gas station needs to take design classes back over again because the line is the most hideous thing I've ever tried to get throughI can't tell if I'm looking for hot dogs or if I'm looking at the back of somebody's head..Also where they took out the cigarette counter looks really ugly if you look at the ceiling there's a bunch of cutouts very strange lookingfeel like it's done in a haphazard way and maybe should have been planned a little bit better. Along with the flow of the whole place..
