Wish I could come here and buy some fuel without getting guilt tripped or pestered into buying random items by the register to help employees reach a bonus. EVERY TIME I'm here it happens and I get attitude for not helping the cashier with their bonus. They also don't say "have a good day" when you leave if you don't help them with their bonus. Very annoying.

Chaser was pretty rude but it was a well maintained gas station with lots of snack choices

Customer service is great but management does not help at all how they should. Management stays behind the counter the entire shift and puts the things they should be doing on the cafe employees. Management is always leaving early and leaving things that should be done that day for the next shift to do. Also management has told other staff that if they don’t get something done a certain cafe’ employee will just do it. I have heard management swearing at or talking badly about other coworkers. I just think there needs some changes in some of the management at this location.

Perfectly fine store, staff is usually friendly and they do their best during rush times. The biggest problem is one of the managers. I will never go back to this store because of “Jeff” - he’s the tall manager. I watched him verbally berate an employee, asking her “why are you so bitter? Is it because of a man?” There were other offensive comments he made to her. I don’t know the situation but that kind of behavior is disgusting. I hope Speedway will strongly consider if this is the kind of behavior they tolerate from their management.

The people who work there are always friendly and service is as fast as they can work. Having a self checkout option is nice when I just want to get a slurpee or something else small and don't want to wait in line. They always work hard to keep everything clean!
Only four stars because for some reason their coke slurpee machines(if they're not out) always have issues dispensing. Literally, my only complaint.

Great store. It's busy much of the time, but that's tolerable. There's even a cafe that you can order from with a good selection.
