I want to start off and say everyone we talked to were great. Very professional and polite. There was no issue with customer service. The issues we had were with the quality of cleaning. It wasn’t very good. I totally understand that some stains just won’t come out but after the carpet started to dry there were crunchy spots that formed and there were spots from our toddler were applesauce was still on the carpet that I picked off with my fingers. The large room we had cleaned only took them 9 minutes. The price I paid was extremely expensive for just 9 minutes of work. I had to go over spots with my own carpet cleaner too. I did call and talk to a manager who was nice but just offered to come back out and clean it again and after they did that they would talk about some reimbursement.We really didn’t want to go through the hassle again so the only option was to pay full price for a partially clean carpet. Overall I would probably not have Stanley Steamers come out ever again and just do it myself.

They were a little late showing up but he was very informative on what I needed to do during and after my carpet was cleaned. I showed him the area that wasn’t dirty on our carpet and after it looks almost brand new! I have three dogs so it’s hard to get our carpet perfectly clean. I highly recommend Thomas from Stanley Steemer.

Steve was amazing!! He explained everything. Brady was a great team player!!!We are really satisfied with their service. Did you know that they use their private phone to take before and after photos ? It was great to see the after photos. Where does all that dust come from? Outstanding service!! We recently had our Duct's and Dryer Vent cleaned by Stanley Seamer (Saginaw, Mi) and it was a great service! The professional team arrived on time, were polite and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and did a great job. They even showed me before and after photos of each vent and cold air return. The entire process (18 vents) took less than 3 hours. Every part of working with Saginaw Stanley Steamer has been fantastic from the first phone call to the service provided. Thank you SO much for providing what you promised. The team did a great job! We are a school and this is the second year that we’ve had Stanley Steemer in to clean all of our carpets. They are looking much better and smell better. The spots we pointed out were not removed. Our carpet was only a year old and , after cleaning. It looked worse than it did when we called them. Very disappointed!!Thank you for coming back to try to remove the stains. Charles did a great job for the most part. There is just one stain that has come back now that the carpet is dry. It is a coffee stain that just won't come out. Charles did his best and he is a wonderful professional employee!!Services: Carpet steam cleaning
