I came in here to buy a phone and Mo Ali hooked me up with the phone I needed and helped me out a lot. Unfortunately I am going thru very hard times out of no where and I had to return everything and I was just within my 14 day return policy and Mo Ali was there again and he is a great man. He took everything back with no hesitation and saved me a bunch of stress. I will definitely be back to this store again when things are a little better for me! Thank you Mo Ali!!!

Went in to get home internet. Have a black Friday sale $30 a month. Great deal. Had previously tried to get spectrum but they won't service 9 houses on my street. The gentleman at t mobil was nice, fast, intelligent and made the process easy. Home setup only took a few minutes and my internet streaming services are working great. So far so good.

Waited for a while just to have the worker tell me he couldn't help me switch plans, and basically acted like we were annoying him. Won't go there again!

Beware: the trial of internet at T Mobile is not as it is presented.1. You will be charged 1 months fee with their trial, and you will have the $37.10 installation fee ( you install) AND to Cancel you will be on hold 50 minutes to find out You can ONLY cancel and get a prepaid card 1 to 2 billing cycles later. This is NOT what you will be told at the T Mobile Store. * you must pay both the $55.00 and the $37.10 to get your REFUND.

Was having issues with my phone. Called customer care and they were unable to help solve the problem and couldn't understand them . So I went to the nearest store. Katie was so helpful and sweet and got it all figured out for us!! She had great customer service and was concerned about the issue we had but she worked it out. Thanks Katie you are great !!

The internet service through T-Mobile is not worth the money. Our internet shuts down roughly 7 -9 times per day and we have to reset the system. I don't recommend anyone to purchase this . Dial up would work better then T-Mobile internet. We are returning our internet system in the morning when they open and we are on the 2weeks free part still

Just called this store to get some assistance to start service on our new phones but was immediately met with "didn't you receive instructions with it?" . Yes, but I have other questions and concerns I would like addressed. Sorry for the inconvenience T- Mobile! Your customer service needs some help!

I called this location at 419pm- spoke to a representative and asked if they had a specific model- they said yes and I asked them to hold it for me, they even took my name down. I drove here, got there 70mins later and they "don't have one". I mentioned that I called and they were like,sorry we can order one- that' doesn't work for me since I called ahead.They were quite rude, and I wouldn't recommend them for a single thing. Better service anywhere else. with the price of gas, it was an actual waste of money.
