The management of this establishment should seriously be looked at by some higher ups in the company. I had an encounter with a manager, I believe her name is Diane and she had to have been the rudest most condescending person I have ever dealt with at a retail store. And listening to complaints from employees it seems she treats them like garbage.

The manager was extremely rude and unkind to my mother simply because she was trying to make a return.
Some business advice, don't treat your customers like criminals just for making a return.
We will not be shopping at this location again.

I had just gone to Tj Maxx, and Paige was incredibly rude. She didn’t seem friendly at all, and when I had walked up to the cash register all she said “this all?” And I said Yes that was all. Usually the cashiers ask me about the card and there was no mention of one whatsoever. She then told me my total in a rude way, and then she wrapped up my bag with my one item and pushed it towards me and said “here you go”. Customer Service has really gone down lately. Used to love this store. Will no longer be returning.
