Lately I've been ordering online and each time I have gotten my bras they were damaged in shipping. I easily had around maybe 8 different exchanges because of them being damaged each time. The lady's there don't judge me about my situation and they helped me every single time I came in to exchange my bra. 10/10 for the store location, 0/10 for the online shipping process and for some reason my account has -9 points, even though I've bought bras. Shame on the company. The employees at this store are great.

The best big girl clothing store there is. I've been shopping at torrid going on 15 years now. And I have always had a wardrobe that all my friends wanna barrow. It's pricey but 100% worth it. Their clothing holds up for years. Very well made products.
