The employees were extremely friendly and helpful!!! Two people asked if I needed help and the second time I actually did and she told me to meet her at a specific place in the store and brought another employee for helpful suggestions as well. The cashier was extremely friendly as well and made sure I got my points

I love this store. Drop a minimum of $200-$400 every time I shop here. My Granddaughter is my shopping buddy here. Would have given 5 stars, but last time felt Belittled due to an illness and jet lag after coming back from Hawaii, I was in Under Armour pants and shirt. Had to use the restroom due to feeling nauseous and a lady was in there forever...another lady walked out of mens...I said well...better than vomit on the floor. After that everything went down hill. Purchased all of my Granddaughters Drunken Elephant skin care, mine too, hair care, and love the Ulta reusable shopping bag.

Visited and felt very overwhelmed and pressured, then when we needed help it was hard to find anyone to help. Until we asked and got some great advice about a product we purchased on her recommendation. The products sell themselves, give customers some space to enjoy the experience.

Went into ulta today and got an amazing experience with a beauty floor worker named Shelby! They were so attentive and helped me pick out amazing products! I also had a hair appointment with Mikayla who was also amazing! She made my hair so gorgeous!

Was doing some online shopping and I couldn't really imagine what shades/colors would look best together, so I called the store and asked. Elti was amazing! She helped every step of the way with the questions and descriptions I gave her, and it was a huge help.
I always shop here in person regularly, but calling in was just as useful for the help I needed.

Went to Ulta today and spent close to $200 but my shopping experience was far from good. I had serval employees follow me around. 4 of them actually. Then one of the lady’s that worked at the salon pointed out my split ends even though I wasn’t even asking for advice or a haircut I was looking at redken hair products, very weird energy considering the fact that she was a older lady. Needless to say I’ll just order online from now on

Would leave a 0 star if I could I buy my fiancé a late Christmas present getting her eyelashes done and they glued it to her eyelids instead of eyelashes and they fell off the same night now we can’t get ahold of the manager for a refund they are all “busy” if I’m gonna spend 50$ I expect it to last longer then 1 hours horrible this happened just yesterday and I’m here today complaining since they’re to busy!

My son usually get his haircut by Tamra - she knows exactly how to fade his hair being more fine and doing his line up perfectly. Tamra had a booked day so I ended up stuck with another stylist- Kiahja. My son’s haircut ended up taking an entire hour - mind you he’s 4 years old with hardly 2 inches all over his head of a trim worth getting done. Tell me why my son had cuts on his ear and redness along his hairline and this stylist calling Tamra over interrupting her styling her own client to come and fix her work?? It was so bad the manager came over and Tamra ended up taking over the entire haircut while kiahja said nothing to me. No apology or let me know Tamra would now take over she didn’t even tell me about his cuts on his ears. My son was literally bleeding. Tamra apologized for kiahja and that we didn’t have to pay from her negligence and lack of experience. Kiahja literally just walked away and started working on another client totally ignoring the terrible service she gave my son and I. I had every right to scream and holler at this girl but my tact and need to set an example for my son lead me to walk out calmly glad I didn’t have to pay for that torture I put my son through. Never again- I will always stick with Tamra now.

My grandmother has been going to Crystal for 6 months with no issue. At today's appointment, the receptionist greeted my grandma, and stated that Crystal was finishing another client. When the time for my grandma's appointment came, the receptionist said her appointment was not on the books, however my grandma had her appointment card showing the time she was designated to come. Crystal never came to greet or even acknowledge my grandmother or rectify the issue. As a result my grandma had to go elsewhere to get her hair done.
