Went inside the office on state st.and did my coins at the coin machine Then I walked up to the teller her name was Tammy , she helped me to get my money deposited in the correct account. She was very nice and took good care of me. Very good day at United Financial credit union.

The staff both in person, and on the phone, have always been very helpful with any request or question I had. The last year has been rough for me as my mother died, and I lost my job due to the Pandemic. It was very difficult to deal with these two situations simultaneously. They made sure I was well taken care of on each visit.

I was promised a call from the credit union on an error on their behalf never received any call back or updates when going into that branch it's like we have to start over because no one knows it's crazy hectic I was recommended another credit union by a worker there. Which speaks volumes!!!! #zerostars

Mary Jo was awesome we accomplished my auto loan with just a couple phone calls and the rest was in emails. They have a great process. I live over 70 miles from the nearest branch.

I have been a member of the UFCU for excess of 40 years. Never had a complaint, never had to wait, and they have very knowledgeable staff that is willing to help with any transaction required. Unfortunately I do not visit the brick and mortar building as much anymore because the mobile app is simply awsome and does it all.
