If I could give zero stars I would! Even a -5! Worst company to ever ship with! Had something that was supposed to arrive in 2 days and only found out they don’t deliver in my area on the weekends which is idiotic. Lost $1000 worth of product, because of their misinformation. So now I’m still waiting for my package AFTER 5 days! Lousy and horrible company.

The gentleman working at the pickup center was the *only* bright spot in a very frustrating situation. UPS told me it was Verizon’s problem, Verizon told me that UPS had to deal with it, and I was extremely stressed out after multiple hours on the phone with customer support for both companies. I was ready to scream and cry by the end of the day and the guy here made me smile. Literally everything about UPS suuuuucks and I despise the company overall but that one guy was awesome.

I have never dealt with such incompetence. Customer service is ridiculous and cannot understand the simplest of questions. They tried to deliver a package at 10:00 a.m. when it was put in the notes that we wouldn't be home until after 2:00. I tried to ask the customer service agent if they can make sure that the driver knows about the after 2:00 p.m. note. She kept saying I'm sorry we can't really deliver today. THAT'S NOT MY FRIGGIN QUESTION.

Supposed to get a package on Friday and it isn't delivered (I had it set that I didn't need a signature, waving my right to get mad if it gets stolen or whatever). Driver doesn't deliver because I wasn't there and the sender didn't require a signature. I get a hold of customer service to see about getting package and they tell me that I can pay more money to go pick it up from somewhere. They say they are escalating it to the local spot and that they will call me to help get things resolved. I wait around and no call of course. Get a notification that it will be delivered to a hub the next day. Check the shipping info and all of the sudden it's bumped out to Monday and the phone number for UPS at the local spot doesn't work and they are closed on a Saturday. Not a fun situation to be in. Why have the option to get things delivered with no signature if you can't follow that direction? The delivery spot was safe to leave in unsigned.

I just love how my package arrives here Friday morning at 6:30 am but they can't be bothered to load it onto the delivery truck until Monday morning because that's when it's "scheduled."

This location managed to ship an important document not to the intended traverse city location next day but to Virginia, as in the state of Virginia.... Every customer service agent I spoke to gave the impression they look directly at the sun. Everyone should apply here, zero accountability and don't have to answer questions. Keep up the great work

Originally package should be delivered to me on March 2 and I saw the ups guy driving in front of my home and they left stating that address is not right and they corrected. And it will be delivered on 3rd March, I waited whole day going no where to take the package to my surprise they changed the status stating they will update delivery date and the. Said it’s on its way to delivery now it’s 4th March still same status is been showing up not sure why the guy didn’t call me to clarify where is my home and fun part is he stopped in front our apartment and left. I completely understand they deliver to many people but if a phone call would solve this issue
