I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole process quick and easy. Everything was handled so efficiently—I was in and out in no time. It’s refreshing to find a place that provides both timely service and genuinely kind customer care. Highly recommend this location!

This is absolutely outrageous. We have reported two different incidents now with the same UPS driver. First, punching our dog and then sitting in our driveway for no reason and not delivering our package.
It has gone nowhere. The Mount Pleasant store manager took our concerns very seriously. Unfortunately, it was the Saginaw store we needed to speak with. They never called us the first time. Finally, this time, they called back. The lady we spoke with was so insanely insanely rude and basically said we were lying. We have video evidence of the second incident. Unfortunately, our cameras weren't running for the first one. She was aggressive and basically hung up on me.
I'm so incredibly frustrated because nothing is happening and after reading other reviews, I see that's just how this store operates.
I'll go out of my way to no longer use UPS. Don't bother sending me your fake complaint email, I want to speak to someone respectful on the phone.

Always use this location, but I dread going there because of Jessica. I said HI and she said nothing. I said thanks and no response. What is wrong with her? Everyone else is pleasant, she should stay home.

Not the best location. I was appalled by the rude and disrespectful service I received. I had a simple request to print some papers and brought my own flash drive.
The lady who helped me had a very rude demeanor from the start. She was wearing a black sweatshirt so you purposely could not see her name. She didn't smile once and then struggled to insert the flashdrive into the computer which is literally one of her jobs to do. With the way she was fumbling with it I was concerned she'd try to force it and break it. Then she wouldn't properly eject the flash drive from the computer, risking me drive to be corrupted. When I tried to explain to her how you click eject drive, she gave me a very rude look and wasn't open to listening to how improperly ejecting it can corrupt the drive. Her arrogance was through the roof.
It was a simple task that didn't ask much and she made it feel as if I had asked her to pack up the whole store. I will be calling corporate. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable for the kind of job she was doing.
Highly recommend avoiding this location. It was not friendly at all. I'd rather have made the trip to another location if I had know this was the kind of treatment I'd encounter.

This UPS location is great!! My son was moving and had seven big, heavy boxes to ship. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even helped him with figuring out which box was best for his golf clubs. And they wished him good luck on his move! We definitely recommend this location and would use it in the future.
