Competent but grumpy. They are just not friendly, at least the ones I've dealt with.... They don't actually insult you which is something that actually happens these days. Competent like I said, which is why I gave them 5 star.

Never open. It is 5:50 on a Saturday. I also visited at 7:30 yesterday. Should have looked at the hours but assumed 7 pm. Ridiculous.

I won’t let nobody deliver another package for me through UPS. I have never had such a horrible experience with UPS (it’s never a good time) but this was the last time. One order arrived in 4 packages at separate times - picked up 2 packages but not given third package. Okay- poor customer service over phone and horrible customer service in person. Two days later the final package is ready for pickup- the box was in such poor condition I started to decline pick up. Box was beat down, box had been opened which was apparent from Macy’s brown tape being torn open and covered in clear plastic tape. Items not in plastic packaging- and that’s not how Macys does it- so damage done was all on UPS/store staff. Terrible experience, and even worse customer service.

Very rude, asked for help & they all talked and explained like I was stupid, said the couldn’t offer help because they don’t know how to use tic tok shop, I asked What Exactly was needed and he ignored me….very unprofessional, a district manager needs to come in and fire a few people, the women on day shift and young man on day shift, very rude, I’ll never return.

Do not visit this store unless you can accept humiliation, disappointment and rudeness. I have a lot of patience and do not represent a male Karen. Trust me. So if this is coming from me, please take it seriously. I wish there was a negative star rating.I went in to notarize 2 affidavits and then to eventually mail them out in 2 prepaid express packets. After I told this to the young guy employee, the girl came out (likely his mentor) and this is the first thing she said "We close the store in 40 minutes, next time you will have to come early". Notary was going to take 5 mins and another 5 minutes for package mailing and payment. She thinks 40 minutes were not enough and expressed it confidentially. Lol. Her life must suck bad. I said that their website needs to clearly mention that then.But anyways, we went ahead and started the notarization process. I needed to notarize an affidavit that claims that I am submitting true copies of the original to a foreign embassy/consulate. She, due to lack of training + unwillingness to work hard, which I always felt interacting with her, so she thought that I needed to show her the original documents (foreign travel docs) that were being referred in the affidavit. I tried to explain that we do that only if we are notarizing the copies of the original and yes it makes sense in that case because they need to verify that those indeed are true copies of the original. I tried to explain also that we do not need to present original docs just to notarize an affidavit. An affidavit is just a claim and notarizing an affidavit just means that we are claiming that a statement is true in front of an authorized witness (a notary, in this case). But she disrespectfully shoved the documents away and told me to come again tomorrow. I don't remember last time I had to speak any disrespectful words. And even they were not bad, I just said that she needs to learn her job and be willing to work hard for the paycheck. And she did not have the courage to even say anything. And I was not at all intimidating. Just mentioned that lightly with my naturally light voice.In my previous visit, they charged me $1.50 per page for print out on a computer that took 10 minutes to boot up and ready to print. And as always, no greetings last time and rude behavior by the same 2 staff members.This is the closest UPS store unfortunately and my trip half an hour ago was my worst customer experience in US in the last 16+ years I have spent in this country. I will not return to this store unless I see a complete change of customer facing staff. If the staff does not change, I wish this store closes so another store (maybe another UPS) can get a chance and so that we retain the great American customer experience and values.

Just felt with a very rude guy and was charged over $30 to ship a 2 lb package to a location in Michigan.
