I went and it was late they were about to close and I apologized because I needed some contact solution because I was completely out it was 9 min to close and I asked where it was the dude he was white with long hair glasses and bad BO he was rude and barley helped me so while I was trying to find what I needed he got on the intercom to tell me they were closing in 4 min šš I just shook my head and laughed cuz if u would have shown me where it was I wouldn't have taken that long to find it... I think his name was Tyler

Since Rite Aid across the street closed, they are super busy, and I can never get my prescriptions because the line is so long. All of their info says that they are supposed to be open right now, but only the drive-through is currently open. I asked if the inside windows would be open today, and they said only the drive-through because they are short staffed. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Meijer. I am done with this pharmacy. Update: I can't use the drive thru because my car got hit on the drivers side, and I haven't taken it in to get fixed yet.

Iām am very dissatisfied at the customer service. Not only were they cold and unwelcoming it was cleared. They were irritated when I had to verbally make my present known that I needed assistance, even though I was waiting patiently, and they were trying their hardest to ignore me because they were Too busy arguing and yelling at each other about who misplaced a photo. Whatās more, As I was being ā Assistedā at the counter to receive my Western Union, the cashier had the audacity to snap at me when giving me the wrong instructions and then when I pointed out that Iām only following the instructions that she gave me she realized her mistake and immediately tried acting nice to make up for her error. I understand everyone stressed because of the holidays, but I felt so unwelcome and like a nuisance that I will not be coming back. So much for my first experience there.

I was next in line. Some one walks up with some stuff sets it down then slides it in front of me. The lady working watched and said nothing as she cut. It was so rude. I'll never come back. Plenty of pharmacies that don't let people behave like that.

This 1 star review is for Walgreens as a whole. They routinely do not have my medications in stock after being told that they would be available within 90 minutes of me calling. This last time I tried to call the location to see if they had it in stock. Apparently the person who spoke with me was from a call center and not the actual location. Told me it would be ready in 90 minutes. Got there a few hours later and someone on site told me it would be in a few days. Basically, the person on the phone lied to me when I asked if they had it in stock in that specific location. Unfortunately my employer forces this organization on me for any local prescription pickup.

Don't take your business there for meds. Call your meds in and they will always say they are ready. Get there and u have to wait for them to fill it. Even AFTER YOU CALL IT IN!!!!!!

Hit or miss pharmacy experience. One time we've called and they couldn't find the right account and send us away incorrectly, another time I'll speak to someone who provides irrelevant information and that creates unnecessary questions that I end up asking when the person gave details that weren't pertinent to filling my prescription. The pharmacy staff definitely could use some customer service training on how to relay information and avoid from trying to make themselves sound super smart by overexplaining stuff we don't need the details on. Probably what makes the phone wait times almost 20 mins, but what do I know. Sucks we have limited options for pharmacies in this town, just gotta deal with these people who forget they're handling medication and serving customers who have medical conditions who deserve patience care, with an emphasis should be being caring towards their patients.

This walgreens has more reasons why they canāt help you then why they can. They canāt even accept the signature in the drive-through. My dr office confirmed this Walgreens especially is more difficult to work with.

Other pharmacies -take note of how they do it here! It's the little things... Just called to see when my script was going to be ready and she knew right away who I was, where the script came from, ET cetera. A few weeks ago, I transferred a script from Meijer when they had a system issue, and they proactively looked up and billed my insurance. Y'all have earned my business PERMANENTLY for going above and beyond, and making interactions with y'all simple.

I placed a photo pick-up order in the early afternoon of 10/2/23, I was sent a confirmation email with an order number. When I arrived, they didnāt have my order. The employee tried to look up some of my information in the system but couldnāt find it. So I asked if it would work better if I used the app, he was unsure. So I tried, I was trying to print a large number of images, about 250. In the app, you can do 150. It might cost me more but at least they will be printed. I asked him if it went through, but he still couldnāt find it. After that another employee asked if they could help me, I asked if I could log in to the kiosk, but she was unsure. You can, but can only print 50 at a time. Fine, I will make four orders. Nope, it took me an hour to make one order on the kiosk. I tried the app again and it said it went through, I asked a different employee if it went through, and she said it was too early to tell. So I waited and tried to get the kiosk to work as a backup. My photos did start printing but none of the employees thought to tell me they went through. I waited another 30 mins or so before I asked if they went through or if I needed to go somewhere else. He told me they would be another 28 minutes. So I left did my shopping elsewhere and came back. It was more expensive because I got duplicates. Walgreens needs to fix its website/system, I felt like I was going insane.
