If I could choose zero stars I would! I had to call corporate twice to get help and they even had trouble with this location! Very rude and uncaring. If you are thinking of using this location ; run, run fast the other way!

The long lines are ridiculous. Then when you get to the window they spend a crazy amount of time looking for the script. Very unorganized which cause long waits!

I've been in line 30 minutes so far. Only 1 register open in the pharmacy, doling out scripts and registering vaccines. Several people left do to the line

The wait here is always very long. It takes them several days to fill a presentation. Rite Aid always filled them in a couple hours. This place is poorly run.

Place is dirty and disgusting. Pharmacy staff is rude and dismissive and very unhelpful. Avoid this place.

I’ve tried to call to check on my prescription the last two days. I would rather call because if it’s not ready or there yet I would prefer to skip the hour+ line inside and outside. Their machine will always say that the pharmacy has 3+ callers ahead, then it will go down the line to no more callers ahead but still say they are answering calls. Last night they hung up on me after it went through waiting over 30 minutes. I will just have to go in and have them tell me it’s not ready or something and make two trips

Had to drop off a FedEx package and Aaron and Destiny were extremely rude. I needed two pieces of tape to tape my box shut. They said no you’re not using our tape go buy it off the shelf I had to pay six dollars for tape. Horrible customer service called back to talk to a manager. She lied said she was the manager and hung up on me. Requested to have a manager call me back no manager ever called me back she didn’t leave a message! Horrible excuse of customer service! She sat there playing on her phone and was getting an attitude with the FedEx guy saying “Naw I don’t wanna do it” ghetto store! Before she hung up she said “Damn you really that mad about some tape?”

Drive through has been closed all week. When you go inside you have to wait in a HUGE line that goes all the way the length of the building. The automated system has been lying as well, I came 2 days ago for them to tell me only half were ready(even today a lady in front of me got a call they were ready and told her she'd have to wait for them to fill it) Then I come back today and I waited for almost an hour for the other 2 scripts. I am moving my scripts somewhere else. It's way too busy.

Worst pharmacy on the planet literally sit in line to get meds for an hour!!!!! That is pathetic with 12 people working behind the counter!!!! and management who can come help knock out a line. I quit coming here yrs ago for this reason and it seems it's never improved what so ever. And still got staff thinking they know better then the doctors who choose the medications for their patients. Truly ridiculous when I've been to many walgreens an other busy pharmacies and not 1 throughout the many I been to in michigan run as slow as this one here... do not go here unless you got absolutely 0 choice to go elsewhere!!!!

The last two times I’ve gone to the drive thru to get my script it takes FOREVER for them to even acknowledge me. You can see the staff chatting through the window. Awful service, maybe do what you’re getting paid for.

Depends on who you get. But over all not a great place to go for prescription at all.
They're always full, long wait times in line and at the counter when you get someone who doesn't know what they're doing.
Sure 24hrs is cool until you actually have to deal with them.
I would find a different pharmacy!
Corporate, consider making this a stand alone fully staffed, experienced pharmacy. Since a lot of people go there.
