I will no longer order cakes through the bakery at Walmart again. This is the 2nd time I've been unhappy with their services in the last 6 months. This last visit items missing from the cake and they didn't make it how I ordered it to be made. Was suppose to be whipped frosting got buttercream had it not been for my daughter's birthday I'd have thrown thr whole cake away. The time before that they had to have someone new do my other daughter's cake because it looked absolutely horrible and they didn't inform me they no longer do smash cakes for a 1st birthday when I ordered so I had to find something for her to have all for herself to smash when I had picked up...that was the whole reason I stuck with Walmart because of my older daughter and other people raving about Walmart doing this great thing for 1st birthdays. Just super disappointed and I'll relive my money to another company or small business from now on. And the solution from Walmart when I contacted someone about being upset with my order is not to fully refund or amt on a gift card but I have to spend $25 to get $15 off one of my next purchases....😒

Everything I bought here BROKE!!! I also had to watch a kid throw a melt down and then shat on the floor. The staff was laughing the whole entire time and didn't do anything to stop it.

ANSWER YOUR PHONES…..no matter what time of day or no matter how many times you call no answer. You will be on hold until you die.

Patience is what was required when ordering your personalized cakes, seems like there is always new staff that's just figuring it out but the cakes were beautiful and just as I had requested. No complaints

Very poor service. Multiple long waits and employees were in no hurry to assist. Very frustrating.

This is the 2nd time in a row, my order was canceled when selecting store pick up. Poor execution, and poor service. Ridiculous

I can't express how bad the curbside is at Brockway. My reserved time was between 3/4. I arrived before 4 after being notified my order was ready. My order had not even been picked! I'm still waiting 50 minutes later.... I just moved here from Fla., where the reserved time was when it was ready and to your car within minutes! This people need to get their crap together, I will be shopping Meijer from now on.

I was in both walmarts the other day and i had aske the managers did they eccept ebt cards for online food shopping and at both locations, they said yes. I done sat here for 2 hours making a grocery list for walmart so i can pick it up and it said we now are eccepting ebt, now why is it that i call the store and they said they was not. Im like very disapionted and upset, with the way it set up with this service, is like for online grocery shoping and delivery is more like upscale customers, not for the less fortunate minoritties. Yes i work but i do recieve for stamps due to me not making enough for me and my children. As a frequent customer of walmart i feel very unemportant as a customer of walmart.

I like walmart, as I'm able to get products at a good price, however, I startes to notice something interesting at this particular store. We have 2 walmart stores in saginaw, mi... This one, although closer to my home, seems to have higher prices than the store on the other side of town (maybe 10 Minute drive). For example, the great value gallon of milk at the Brockway store is $1.55, but at the bay Rd. Store, it is $0.98...same day. I understand that different locations can result in a difference in pricing, but that's quite a difference, and that is just one product. It's not a bad store, just be aware the prices are higher than the same store 10 minutes away.
