I'd rate it a zero if I could. From the parking lot to the store. It was absolutely filthy. The parking lot is literally full of trash. Legit, this store is a filthy joke.

It's a typical Walmart. Only a bit more chaotic than normal. I'm not personally a fan of this one but I have noticed an increase effort to keep the store more organized and clean.

Whoever is saying Saginaw Walmarts are good in ANY way are bots/fake reviews. Some of the worst stores I've ever been in in my entire life! Horribly nasty & entitled workers, stores are often trashed, staff scream laughing & "chopping it up" during what are supposed to be early sensory friendly hours. I could go on & on...They need to hire WAY better people across the board or stop being stores. I regularly have better shopping experiences at local, crowded, gross azz dollar stores!

i was at the bay rd store paid for my merchandise but discovered the clerk didn't charge me for the water i was buying so i turned around to tell her and she was extremely busy so I went to the service counter to pay for it there and the clerk was completely rude, didn't want to be bothered didn't say can I help you she said "what do you need " nasty so I said you could have said may I help you, she said whatever so I explained what I wanted to pay for the water and she took my pmt and didn't say thank you or I appreciate you catching that error or anything like that. I could have just left the store without paying for water but i am a honest person. Please HIRE PEOPLE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
and get rid of those who make your company look bad. I have my receipt if you need a date as to when I was there and you can look up my transaction to see who waited on me

They treat the Latino very badly once in a while and from the moment I left, two men were watching me where I would pass as if I were the most wanted person in the FBI hahaha I felt good and comfortable, the truth is I imagine that it is not always like that
