I Love banking with Wanigas! However about 90% of the time the online banking dosent work. ( mine never does) Of course you can ways call to do banking over the phone or for issues, which is helpful if they would actually answer the phone. None of the branches answer the phone. I can not tell you how frustrating this is. This doesn't happen " once in awile". It's an ongoing problem, I've had with them for awile now. It's especially frustrating on a Saturday when you have been calling each of the branches since 9am. It's 12pm now and not one answer all day.

Terrible service I had to wait for 20 minutes just to put my check into savings and to receive $50 back and I had to talk to three different people until I finally went inside. Another time was when my money got stuck in the tubes and I had to wait an hour for that to come back. Absolutely terrible service just terrible

They keep putting are deposits in savings instead of checking. You guessed it bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce. I'M not happy about it. And they did fix it at no charge.
