Great Credit Union always helpful with very gracious clerks. Very helpful when I call because I messed up my online banking.

Trash bank better off throwing your cash into a real wildlfire because thats pretty much what you do here in 3 years I've accumulated thousands in fees and got locked out of 7k for 2 weeks because the staff doesn't know how to do their jobs i recommend a mason jar and hole over this bank

I have done my banking here for years. The first loan I ever did with them was done through email and fax while I was at work. By the time I got out of work that day they already had my loan arranged and I went and bought my truck the next day. Good people who treat you well.

While the powers of old crushed the working mans spirit from the hutch of wall street, a darkness infested the people. From the combined virtue and sweetness of wisdom drawn collectively from we, the suffering proletariat, emerged a leader forged of our pain and virtues - not selected from the ivory tower. That leader is Wildfire Credit Union, and it's coming for you America.

I have been a business member with Wildfire for years, even back when they were Communications Family CU. Recently come to discover one of my business accounts was closed by Sarah in Accounting, apparently a fraudelent charge from a company in Hong Kong was made and because they never updated the account with my current address, I went un-notified that my account was closed, I own an insurance agency, and I had a insurance carrier making deposits to this account plus other vendor payments would come in on occasion, although this was a secondary business checking, you would think someone would have called to notify prior to taking such an action. Called spoke with their Call center manager, said she would call back regarding the matter, and still no call. Filed a complaint with DIFS, consulted my attorney, and he suggest moving to another financial institution, I have so much going on in my primary account, but determined to start making the transition away from Wildfire. I am a veteran minority business owner, and can tell the treatment is drastically different for people of color, not the same CU that I used to know.

Black customers risk being racially profiled on everyday visits to branches. Under federal laws, there is little recourse as long as the banks ultimately complete their transactions. But little is mandated by law. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 lists specific businesses that may not treat black customers differently: movie theaters, hotels, restaurants, and performance and sports venues. Federal courts have held that because the law identifies the kinds of businesses to which it applies, those not on the list, such as banks, cannot be held to it. That loophole makes it hard for victims of racial profiling to win in court. There is an additional limitation. In 1866, Congress created new laws to establish rights for black Americans, including one giving them the right to enter into agreements to buy goods or services and have those contracts enforced. Courts have since ruled that the law requires only that service be granted eventually. As people of color our only recourse is to boycott. That's why after my transaction is ultimately completed I will cease doing business with wildfire.

I LOVE this credit union! I wish they had MORE locations! That is their ONLY limitation.

They’ll lock your cards without your permission and decline transactions without your permission as well. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.

So few workers that there's almost never less than 20 vehicles in their drive through line. They need to either bring in enough workers to handle the flow or open the lobby up
