We have been with Wildfire for many years, I always refer people to them because of their great service's and options. Many of my family members, and friends have joined from my referrals. Sadly things have changed and they are not as customer focused any more, I am now looking for another financial institutions now. Get it together Wildfire!

Wildfire used to be the best credit union. The last year or two, the customer service and technology have been horrible! The online banking site is terribly cumbersome, the mobile banking is worse, and the drive up is painfully slow. The dollar limits are too low for wire transfers and deposits in the current economy. There are no notices if a mobile transaction is rejected after it was confirmed completed. Deposits can just be lost if you don't watch for them to post. Anything above the limit of staff in the drive up take forever every time as there is no one readily available to do approvals. Nothing is completed efficiently anymore. I don't know what's happened, but it's not for the better. So very disappointed.

Came here from Jolt and it was a fantastic decision. They are the most friendly and helpful bank I've ever been with, for both personal and business accounts. JC is the easiest and most helpful Teller to work with every time I'm there.Highly recommend, they make you feel safe and appreciated.

Please fix the new technology updates! The digital+ changes have not been great. I finally have the mobile app working but accessing on desktop is terrible. Never logs in right away, have to keep refreshing browser after you enter 2FA or browser just spins. I've tried this on Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, same on all browsers. This has been an issue since it rolled out, I am starting to doubt this will be fixed. High yield savings rates also are not very competitive. I've been a customer for years but have slowly been moving finances elsewhere as there are better credit unions and banks out there, both technology wise and rates wise.

My Wife Brought Me Here..we've been here for years..She Just Recently Closed her account and went to another credit union because of the 30 dollars Charges we asked them not to pay anyone if the money isn't in the account..but they won't listen..they just did it to my account..so I think I'll Join my Wife And go to a better credit union

Your website is a very poor customer experience. It’s not acceptable for a customer to enter the website address every time they want to do a transaction. Your prior app was much easier and more customer friendly.

I have been a business member with Wildfire for years, even back when they were Communications Family CU. Recently come to discover one of my business accounts was closed by Sarah in Accounting, apparently a fraudulent charge from a company in Hong Kong was made and because they never updated the account with my current address, I went un-notified that my account was closed, I own an insurance agency, and I had a insurance carrier making deposits to this account plus other vendor payments would come in on occasion, although this was a secondary business checking, you would think someone would have called to notify prior to taking such an action. Called spoke with their Call center manager, said she would call back regarding the matter, and still no call. Filed a complaint with DIFS, consulted my attorney, and he suggest moving to another financial institution, I have so much going on in my primary account, but determined to start making the transition away from Wildfire. I am a veteran minority business owner, and can tell the treatment is drastically different for people of color, not the same CU that I used to know.

Horrible place for being self employed! They would not let me have a loan for a tractor without going through a 100 different thing. I went to members first and I walked out with a check in 15 minutes. All of my account will be canceled

I've been a member since early 70's . I have always had good service, my husband and 2 of my sons are members. They have always been willing to help. Only thing they have done that I wasn't happy with was change their name to Wildfire. Don't like my credit union named for a destructive force but that wasn't enough to send me elsewhere. They are still the best around.
