Bought a car from them a while ago. I knew it had some rust but the back frame is falling apart now. It was also too warm the day to test the heated seats and rest defroster, both of which don't work. Airbag light also came on the day after. Can't recommend buying a used car from them but the service and employees are very nice.

I live in Georgia, but travel to Michigan every couple of months. I typically save my F150 service for my visit to Michigan, and Wilson Ford Lincoln in Saginaw. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and friendly. They are attentive to the service as it is completed so there are no surprises or questions. They are knowledgeable of my payment options (i.e. service plan, points) so that I get out as cheaply as possible.

We were traveling from upper Michigan back home to Florida. I accidentally put 11 gallons of gas in my diesel. I called several Ford dealerships in the area they could not help me. I was lucky enough to get a hold of Wilson Ford service department they were able to get me right in. They started working on the truck around 1 o’clock. They had me back on the road by five. Can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am for Jessica Izzo Service Advisor and the whole service department. They were outstanding… Keep up the good work. Mark Enck/ PowerTrac Machinery

Had my truck looked at when I was told it was 4000 dollars to do a front end job when all I needed done was the track bar I told them not to fix it I would take it to a different shop for a second opinion. I showed up to get the truck and they had already put a new track bar on I was mad but paid and left. Went to the next shop to see if it needed more work and the new track bar was already bad they put a bad part on the truck now all of a sudden they don't have time to do it and won't give me my money back. DONT GO HERE THEY ARE CONARTIST!!!!!!!!!!! thanks victoria for not helping but stealing money from me.

We traveled almost 4 hours to find our 2019 Toyota Tundra truck & were not disappointed. Service superb! Our salesman, Jack definitely went above & beyond to make the experience one of the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Tim had all the paperwork ready to be signed IF we chose to purchase the truck (which we did). Frankie, manager was sincerely appreciative of the distance we traveled & made sure we had the best experience ever & we DID! They will definitely be my first stop when we are ready to buy our next vehicle. I highly recommend you do the same.

We had the front end damage of our vehicle repaired. ( Someone did a hit and run in the Marshalls parking lot) The staff was professional and friendly, quote was fair . They had to order a new front end to replace ours.Service was quick. All in all , took less than a week.

I had a great experience test driving multiple vehicles at this dealership. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, but I attest that mainly to Bill, who helped me through the whole process. He answered all of my questions, talked me through features available in each car, and stepped away to let me decide things on my own. He didn’t push when my partner and I decided to test drive cars at other dealerships, and when I finally decided on the make and model of the car I wanted, he quickly made sure the car I wanted to test drive, so I could make my final decision, was ready to go.

Amazing service, I can honestly say I have never had an experience as good as this was. Chad was up front, honest, and truly cared to help and as a disabled vet that means the world to me! The car is fantastic!!

No consistency from Jessica in service department. She inflates the cost, the price is never the price. Also, If it cost $100 for diagnostics and an oil change is $79 minus a $10 coupon, isn’t that $169? why am I paying nearly $190 what’s all this extra $13 here $18 there stuff. She just seems shifty and dishonest. Services and parts are already high, why can’t the people just be honest and explain all the cost and options for parts and services instead of just trying to get you to sign on the line. Isn’t there laws against this type of practice?

My experience financing a vehicle through Wilson ford Lincoln was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Chad plume was amazing. He got me driving out of the dealership with a new vehicle within a few hours of meeting him. He was very straight forward and to the point. He knew I didn’t have the best credit and went above and beyond when the other dealerships turned me down. I will only recommend Wilson ford Lincoln. They have my business forever!

My wife had our truck towed to the dealership because it wouldn’t start. We were given an estimate that wasn’t necessary in the sum of a few thousand dollars. We were also told the vehicle wouldn’t start or drive. We had the vehicle towed home at which time the driver let me know he started and drove the truck onto the flatbed. Needless to say a couple hundred dollars later we have the issue resolved on our own and will not be returning. This was certainly up charging.
