“I grew up near this bank (back then a NBD) and my family continues to be loyal now as Chase clients in our respective cities/states. Although, I don't live in town I had to stop in today for my mom. Spencer was awesome, he greeted me at the door, called me by name and said, "your mom just called and I'll be happy to help you". He quickly updated info and fixed any erroneous information with a smile + genuine conversation as he plugged away on his computer. Honestly, I wasn't anticipating this additional stop during an all too ambitious schedule prior to my departure from Saginaw, but his willingness to help out in a pinch and hospitality actually made this unforeseen "task" a pleasure.
