This company collected $200 from me when I needed to get approx. 1-3ft forward on Christmas Eve. I did not call them, they were already helping someone else in front of me. I was digging my tires out when they pulled up to me and asked me if I wanted help. I said yes, and the person in charge told me it would be $200. I did agree to that price but the transaction was predatory in nature as I couldn’t say no if I didn’t want to spend my day stuck in the road. Towing rarely costs $200, and pulling someone forward a foot doesn’t cost that. I’m guessing they charged this to multiple people that needed help. Merry Christmas!!

Rented a uhaul from here. I had a last minute order change which sent the guys outside in the freezing cold to hook a tow dolly up to my uhaul and I didn't hear a single complaint. It was good customer service overall for being such a tiny place.
