Needed help finding a medication for my son that is low stock everywhere right now… every pharmacy location (other cvs branches, Kroger, rite aid) within 30 miles would help me and tell me whether or not they had this med in stock, and if/when when they were expecting to get a shipment. Not this location in St. Clair. They demanded to speak to a doctor and refused to help me. Wouldn’t even tell me whether or not it was in stock so that I could have my doctor send the rx there. Not sure why this location has different policies. Maybe a culture that needs looked into by upper management…Side note, you can’t claim it’s a safety issue… this is CVS… everyone knows you have medications there, it’s a pharmacy. It says so on your sign :)

I did not have a great experience here and will not being going back Jen the women at the register was horibly rude telling me I need to hury because the store closes in ten minutes when it closes at 9pm and I was getting a couple things at 8:45 She was very rude while ringing me up she needs an attitude adjustment
