5 stars for the simple fact that on Sunday Sept 29th I had the unfortunate time of my F150 breaking down (was my starter) between customers and staff they did everything to ensure I was safe and helped me by the (store manger left to get the parts I needed) and the shop mechanic Kevin was able to assist in installing the part on my truck, as a Canadian who travels across border alot it was very nice to see so many people who actually cared enough to offer to help someone in need.
I'll be back an definitely recommend this Loves travel stop to anyone.

brand new Love's on a large lot, and they couldn't manage to arrange it so that you can drive in straight to the fuel instead of having to wind thru the parking area. Amazing.

I was in this love's Friday evening and I went for a shower and the manager said the showers are down till 11pm.this is not the 1st time it happened to me, everytime he's short staffed he does this to the customers. Please take action about this manager. It's very disappointing.

Hi there is one lady at the shower counter and i asked for shower from her and she started arguing with me and after that when i picked shower from the app she cancelled my shower and she said thats not your account and if it isn’t my account how i got that account in my phone, use some common sense. Worst experience….
