I brought in 8 curtains panels to be cleaned. The worker could not give me an estimate, nor could/would call anyone who may know.It was explained that the actual dry cleaning would be done in Richmond. Up to 7 different “satellite “ places use the same place so I couldn’t be given a timeframe either.I should have just left, but I didn’t.I asked to be called with the estimate, nope. After 2 weeks, I was called that my curtains were ready. $170. Oh, and they shrunk by 2” and a little wrinkled.They have lost our business.

Laundered shirts are twice the price of Locks. Totally disappointed, nothing like
Locks.

This place does not update their location or picture of location properly on Google so you could find the place.This place is listed that they are open online but if you go to their location they have a little paper sign saying they’ll be closed for a whole week. Yet they still have the big plastic road sign up saying they’re “now open”.They don’t update their online hours or answering service to reflect the little changes they decide to make.It’s being run far too casually to be a proper business. Just go to a different cleaners if you want any sense of professionalism.

I dropped a coat off to have it cleaned, and I have gone back twice, on Saturday and Monday before 3:00 pm and both times this cleaners was closed, even though the door said they should be open. As I live in a rural area, it is not close to go to this cleaner. Needless to say, I will not ever be using this unreliable cleaner again.

I dropped my dress off Nov 2nd after my wedding to get cleaned and preserved. They told me it gets sent out 4-6 weeks it would be back. After 2 months I thought “where is it” I called and they weren’t sure where it was. “Suppose to be on the truck next week” “wasnt on truck” I was scared it got lost. They wouldn’t give me the companys info that they deal with in Detroit which is understandable. For this inconvenience of “not knowing” I was asked for a price I would be charged, they couldn’t give me that. I was asked to take into consideration what is going on and was told “let the owner take care of that” The Detroit company made a special drop off on Friday which was very impressive and I appricated that. When I went to locks cleaner to pickup I noticed a dark fuzz and a dark thread in between my dress layers very visable and a hole in my box. I mentioned it to the lady that I wasn’t happy. The charge was $125 (after already paying $75) which I thought was reasonable to clean and preserve a dress especially since I dropped pizza on it late night and they got that out! I didn’t think it was a fair price of “let the owner take care of it” and being upset about the thread. I went and called the Detroit company on my own thru research and talked to 2 different people who were extremely friendly and understanding. They told me stop the dress back off to locks they will pick it up, fix it up, and deliver it back at no extra charge. I did so today with that information, after I left they called and said it would have to be “approved” by the owner and I wouldn’t hear back from her till Monday. 4 more days of uncertainty. New box cuz it has a hole in it? Going to be a charge. They couldn’t tell me if they were going to charge me again. Which I wanted to know instead of being blindsided when I go to pick it up and feeling “forced” to pay. I called the preservative company in Ohio and said 100% guarantee if your not happy they will happily redo it. Detroit said I can drop it off myself. I decided to go back to locks and pickup my dress because i still wasn’t satisfied it was going to get taken care of. Maybe inpatient I am but I work 6 days a week long hours, I don’t have time to wait to hear back from someone in 4 days. The lady was getting loud and rude to me when I asked for it back saying I didn’t have time. Detroit said no problem throw it on the truck. She got even louder slamming her finger on the counter saying WE NEED TO TALK TO THEM. NOT YOU. WE. I asked her to not get loud or yell at me because I wasnt being rude to her and I was the unhappy customer. She slammed the receipt down and said WE DONT WANT YOU YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. When I opened the door and then checked to see if I had everything I heard her talking to another girl who yelled YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!! I’m so sickened by this. I always support local. I didn’t everything local for my wedding and wanted to finish it off with my dress. I’m actually disgusted to be treated in such a way to make me feel like a bad person because I was unhappy with something I paid for that I want to be proud to show my children one day.

Was treated extremely rudely by worker at this cleaners. Tried to overcharge me for extra items and when I corrected her she counted them out to me like a kid on Sesame Street until she realized she was wrong (which of course she didn't apologize for). When I called for pick up, she gave me inaccurate information then tried to lie to cover her mistake. She hung up on me twice too. I never leave reviews so that is how horrible this experience was. I will NEVER come back to this cleaners again!!!

When I called for pick up, she gave me inaccurate information then tried to lie to cover her mistake. She hung up on me twice too when I questioned her. I have never left a Yelp review so that is how horrible this experience was. I will NEVER come back to this cleaners again!!!

Great customer service @ this mom&pop type cleaners. They also do minor repairs if you ask. Everything comes back as ordered. They've been in business for awhile & know thier stuff. Highly recommend.
