If I could give more than 5 stars, I gladly would. Wendy truly went above and beyond for me to help get last minute flowers delivered to a memorial, and all while I was 700 miles away. Very thorough and made sure that everything came out perfect. Even grabbed a memorial card/announcement and texted it to me since I couldn’t be there.

Wendy was so wonderful. I honestly don’t have words to describe how happy I was with her customer service, but then when I saw the arrangement she made for my daughter, honestly it surpassed anything I imagined!! I will definitely use her for all my future floral needs. I’m from NC and even tho I have never met her, she made me feel like we were old friends, with that being said, I look forward to meeting her next time I am in town.

I purchased a designer’s choice luxury arrangement for delivery to a friend. Wendy absolutely blew me away. She called and discussed her thoughts with me ahead of time and I was thrilled with her ideas. And just what a wow factor she produced! I received the most amazing customer service from Wendy. After ordering an arrangement online as sympathy for a friend, Wendy called me to advise me that what I chose was rather small and offered great options to upgrade at no additional cost. My friend was overwhelmed with arrangement she received. Thank you Wendy for reaching out and delivering a beautiful plant to my friend. I will definitely be calling for all my future needs.

Wendy helped me out with a last minute arrangement that I needed delivered next day. Not only that, it was late in the day for that request to be considered and she also took the time to help me figure out exactly what kind of arrangement I needed she came through like a champion for me and I will always be grateful and use her florist only from now on. I would like to thank her again for taking the time with me figuring out what I needed and making it all happen for my family.

After some very disappointing experiences with online floral purchases I am so grateful that I found Wendy's Saint Clair Greenhouse and florist. After reviewing the selection that was part of the funeral homes advertisement I was concerned I might not find what I was looking for. I made the decision to order from Wendy's and what a positive experience. These flowers for a very special woman who recently passed away. On the day of delivery I received an email confirmation along with a photo of the flowers. How wonderful to actually see what was designed. I just spoke to the owner to thank her and she couldn't have been more kind. I send flowers frequently from North Carolina to my friends and family in Michigan so I am grateful to now have this business as my go to!
