“5 years ago I went into Dean's Flooring talk to someone about hardwood flooring for our cabin and ended up discussing everything from boat covers to trailer storage with the owner Dean himself. The location is on the main road into the small town of St.Helen in Roscommon County MI. Dean is almost always there and will do everything he can to make sure you are satisfied with his work. He will give you his cell phone number and encourage you to call if you ever need anything. The personal attention you get from Dean is great and only seems to happen from small town business with people that still take pride in their customers' satisfaction. Since then I have had him make a custom boat cover which came out great. He actually picked our boat up, made the cover, and delivered the boat back to our driveway with the new cover on. Boat covers aren't cheap and Dean put a lot of craftsmanship into the cover. We also store our snowmobile trailer in his lot all summer. For $2ft per month you can't beat it. This way it doesn't take up space in our yard and we don't get the "garage sale" appearance curb appeal . The storage lot is locked with a high fence and on the main road into town. We personally haven't had Dean's install any flooring for us but our neighbor just did... again, and he was very pleased. He has been using him for years and is always happy with the work and the sections he has. He does carpet, hardwood flooring, and tile flooring. His shop has all kinds of samples for you to look at. We will continue to use Dean's for his services and appreciate that he is there.”
