About Aurora Borealis Motel
The Aurora Borealis Motel is a very nice, clean motel with great rooms. It offers a great overall experience and is a great value. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the highway and an easy walk to the downtown area and the big bridge. It is a good location for visiting Mackinac Island. The rooms are tidy, clean, and well-appointed, though some note the carpets could be cleaner and beds can be a little hard. The staff is alright. The fabulous Wild Blueberry restaurant is right next door. Many guests state they would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms and great overall experience. Rooms were very tidy and clean. Compared to other places in St. ignace, this place was great for the price we paid. Beds and pillows were a little too hard for us. Staff alright but seemed annoyed at us for asking questions about the included breakfast.

Very nice, clean motel with easy access to highway and near the BIG BRIDGE. Great value with the FABULOUS Wild Blueberry restaurant right next door. Your loss if you don’t stop here!
