Diesel pumps are not labeled, nor do they have green handles, and the staff had the gall to be rude and to treat me like I was the problem for their stupidity. Shell and Circle K are better, at least the pumps are labeled!

BP app did not work here. Was told by worker to go to the other gas station across the street so we did exactly that.

Filled up from E with diesel fuel here on 10/14/24 pulled our camper home and my truck ran poorly the whole way. Upon investigation discovered that the fuel was bad, lucky to have made it home. The left is what fuel should look like and the right is what BP sold me. Never getting fuel here again.

This is the most convenient spot to get gas when travelling south into the lower peninsula. It's a small place, and the pumps and parking area can get congested. There are restrooms inside, a fountain and coffee drink bar, and basic snacks and sundries for purchase. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming.

I wouldn't recommend anyone get gas here. With so many other options in the immediate vicinity, I'd encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
I stopped for gas as I traveled for work from the Western UP to Southeast Michigan. As I pumped my gas, I returned urgent work text messages on my phone. The hall-monitor of an attendant determined that was unacceptable, and shut the pump off. It's worth noting that nobody was waiting on me, and I was still actively pumping gas. I had planned to make additional purchases inside, but I decided to take the rest of my business elsewhere because of the rude attendant.
This incident occurred today just before 3pm. I hope the owners of this establishment properly handle this employee who is actively discouraging customers from patronizing their business.

We stop in quite often running loads up to the UP & never had a problem here yet! It is a small place, not like a regular truck stop per se, No shower or laundry or that sorta thing? but Friendly personnel which is big in my book! Bathroom isn’t the greatest & real small but when you need to go at least it’s there & pretty clean:) Some snacks & goodies not a whole lotta things, but a great restaurant next door!PS- There’s always a parking space;) Small store but they have parking spots!

Will never get fuel here again. Filled up our deisel on the way to Paradise. Unfortunately 10 minutes later the truck started running horrible! Hauling a 5th wheel is not fun when your station sells bad fuel. We are still dumping water out of the fuel filter..... never again...BEWARE!

After reading a bunch of reviews of breakfast places, I decided on St. Ignace Truck Stop. I was told to sit in a booth at the back and then was ignored for quite a while. Eventually, someone slid a menu to me across the table. I got the distinct impression that she was doing it for someone else. I waited a while again for someone to take my order. My food came, and it was ok, but nobody came to check on me or ask if I wanted anything. In fact, nobody came by at all. I did overhear some other customers wanting to order and the person they talked to seemed bothered and said that she was just the hostess but, with an exasperated tone, asked them what they wanted. I was ready to leave, but my bill hadn't come. I went to the restroom and the bill still wasn't there, so I went up to the register & told them what I had. Based on this experience, I wouldn't go back; while the food was ok, I really felt like I was a bother to them, which is NOT how customers should be treated.
