Edit: I received a phone call from them at work because they “heard” about this review. Same BS answers blame it on my Dr this time. YOU DONT CALL PEOPLE WHO LEAVE REVIEWS. EVER. Especially when I’m at work and my medicine is late. Total disrespect of privacy.
Terrible across the board. Not sure where to start. Rude staff. Will not fill prescription as my Dr ordered it (a different generic than the terrible one they carry), sending very important medications out late or not at all, rude to ME when they make mistakes, one of my prescriptions is a controlled substance and they only give me 28 days worth at a time (blamed my insurance, of course, not true). Just give me my full month of pills, how is shorting me 2 days helping ANYONE. Also, if you’re on a maintenance medication, count them. I have soooo many leftovers that I started to count when my bottles came in. Yup, an extra 3 here, 4 there, a month of pills I don’t need til next month. It’s an S Show over there. Is post pictures but too much info to block out. CANNOT WAIT TO SWITCH.

I cannot say enough about this family owned small pharmacy right on the water in St Ignace. They were so helpful to my son and I on a trip. The doctor kept sending the prescription to the wrong place. The super nice pharmacist at Bay set it right! Very nice store!

Had a great experience with Bay Pharmacy recently. Small town business with a friendly staff. The staff was welcoming and friendly with me while in the store. I have utilized the pharmacy for a while now and just found out they now sell wine and beer!

Bay Pharmacy has been taking care of the good people of St Ignace and the area for decades. EXCELLENT service and kind caring owners. I cannot recommend them enough.

Every time I have needed a prescription filled or needed an OTC item, I have been taken care of by the staff. They have an array of products ranging from Tylenol to toothpaste to greeting cards, and never hesitate to transfer prescriptions or argue with insurance companies upon your behalf. Cannot recommend a better pharmacy for customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am writing this to hopefully convince other people to find a different pharmacy. The owner of this pharmacy is aware of the problem and uses her position to harass sick people. I called and asked about a prescription and when it became clear that they would not have it ready that day they started laughing at me . I could not believe that they would laugh at me when this medication can cause seizures or brain zaps if stopped suddenly. When I asked why they were laughing they tried to gaslight me but when I went in they they pretty much said that they did the best they could and that it was a confusing situation. I asked who was laughing at me on the phone and it turns out one of them was the owner. All their names are Paula, Elizabeth, and Clair (one of these is the owner). Before writing my review I looked at others and saw that other people had the same problem as me proving that this was not an accident but instead a pattern of behavior. A pharmacy is there to help sick people but if you are gonna laugh at them then you should not have a job. the owner is part of the problem so I don't expect anything to change but I do hope I can save some people the trouble of going there.

I forgot one of my son's meds at home that was four hours away. Bay Pharmacy called my local pharmacy and were able to get it transferred so I could pick it up. So thankful for them!

It is a small pharmacy, but if you actually want/need pharmacy items --- medications, first aid supplies, etc -- they have it. Helpful and friendly.

We were there for emergency stop to get Benadryl; my son has food allergies and he is all covered with hives. We are grateful the staff is very helpful and friendly and ran extra miles to help us.

I was traveling from the West Coast when I realized I forgot some important medications. I wasn't able to reach my doctor's office, and the Bay pharmacy team took the initiative to reach out to my home pharmacy. Thy had the refills on file forwarded on the spot. The pharmacy staff was absolutely fantastic in proactively trying to help me solve my problem.
