Disappointed with the amount of bones we found in our whitefish and walleye “fillets” we bought in late summer. Every one. Takes all the joy out of eating fresh fish from our state when every bite you take has a bone you need to pull out of your mouth. Do better. Will not be returning to St. Ignace location.

I was able to try their product at a farmers market in Elmhurst Illinois. Their smoked fish is absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to order more fish from them!
I got the boneless skinless version as pictured. I made a bed of arugula, tomato, scallions and Serrano peppers with a poached egg for breakfast. I highly recommend this company!

Very friendly place! We stop in here once a year when we come to visit and each time the staff is so helpful and informative with their products. The fish is delicious and they always have great smoked stuff! Sara helped us this time and she was amazing, a great help and just a fun person to talk to! They are very lucky to have her. Buy from Massey’s!

Emily was such a great help with suggestions! I was amazed with the whitefish patte and lake trout bites!! I haven’t cooked the rest to get my opinion, but I understand why this is a 5 star 🌟 family owned business!

Some of the best fish I’ve ever had! While we were getting some fish for my boyfriend’s parents & ourselves some filets, the lady at the front let us try some of the laker bites (we called them trout bites) and OH MY GOSH! They were so delicious! We had to buy a bag! If you’re in St. Ignace you have to stop at Masseys & get yourself some delicious fish!

I had the very best smoked laker bites, and smoked salmon. The whitefish pate was my favorite. I’ve had many around the area and nothing compares to this! I also tried the cherry wood smoked salon dip/pate! They nailed it. If you’re on Mack side, definitely worth the drive over to purchase. Very reasonable prices. You can also take a tour if you ask. I’m from seafood capital and would highly suggest this place!!!

I live in Maryland Eastern shore and i’ve had tons fish dips, fish, etc but nothing compares to their smoked whitefish dip and laker bites!!! LOVE!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped made a stop here on our way back from the UP... we were blown away by how good everything we got was! The fish bites are out of this world .. fish dip was amazing! Wish we could come here all the time

Everything here is very delicious. If you’re traveling through, just bring an empty cooler. The staff is very friendly and will happily let you try samples. Fair warning, the more you try the more you buy. The prices are very reasonable!
