I can not recall a time when I have been told by a retailer that you cannot answer a question over the phone. I am told I must make the long drive and visit the store to speak with you in person. I live in a rural part of the state and that is a long drive. I will not be making that long drive just to ask a question about the Galaxy S25 plus you sold me last week. Needless to say, given this response, I have lost all confidence in this store and I will act accordingly.

My mom is 90 and feels dumb when she has issues with her phone but I couldn't help her over the phone this time. She was hesitant to go to at&t but she went and she had the greatest experience. Filiberto not only fixed her issue but took the time to call me and ask if he could do anything else for her. It's good to know that there are still caring customer service people that will go the extra mile. My mom said that he was so kind to her and that she never felt like a nuisance. A+++Filiberto! Thank you!
