Went there on Saturday to get a tire. Three hours later they were done went back on Wednesday to get another tire to match. The new one told him to put both new tires on the front. They put both new tires on the passenger side really come on I asked them to look at the front end while they were at it when I went back to get the car I asked them what they found out. They had no idea what she was talking about. Nobody even looked at it running. I took it back and following week today I asked him to look at the front in again, he told me they could look at it and give me an estimate but they couldn’t fix it to bring it back on Monday really I had it there Wednesday and I asked him to look at that front end kind of ridiculous so I just took the car. I’ve been there several times in the past five years. If you have them work on your car, kind of watch them, they let the brake caliper hang on the brake lines when you’re doing your brakes they don’t wire mom if you had an option and time take your car to hub tire or Liskey‘s air do a much better job that’s why I took my other car last week but I figured today or Saturday and I had that off but I’m not going to leave it for eight hours and then take it back on Monday Monday I’m taking it to hub and get it done the same day I’m done with budget. Just my opinion when dealing with them for five years or more. Now you get what you pay for I hadn’t put a rear end in my jeep. He told me it wasn’t the rear end after he put me through to Parts on I told them I thought it was a rear end. They still put new parts on and it up being the rear end isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with them you get what you pay for

Went there to get a it was like a 4 hour wait wanted the tire on front they put them on back ready ask to have from end looked at never did had wife pick car up bad service all around I've see them leve your front brake caliper hanging from brake line when working on your brakes you get what you take another place to go

I love this place! These guys are fast, professional and they always do their best to save me money! I was losing air last week, they pulled out the culprit (a nail) plugged the hole and got me back on the road fast and free of charge! I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Got new tires and it took 2 hours, not including the time my truck wasn't in the garage. These guys take so many smoke breaks it's laughable. No wonder it takes so long. When they aren't smoke they are usually standing around talking. I'm blown away that this place even has repeat customers cuz I'm NEVER coming back here. Go to Quality Tire, spend the extra money and be in and out super quick. 3 hours of my life wasted cuz these guys just run the clock, hopefully the owner sees it!

Miller and his team were quick to help me out when my family got a flat on our trip up north. There was a clean waiting room for my 5 toddlers to get inside the A/C while we waited. I fear we left the place a bit messy but the staff treated us very well the whole time and provided me with the service we needed and didn’t try to push new tires on me. Great company

I was losing 3 to 4 psi after about 5 days in one of my front tires. Stopped in and was pleased by the short time I had to wait for service. Was told both front wheels would be resealed as well as valve stems. One tpms sensor was damaged so I paid for that to be replaced, however they resealed both front tires for free. After leaving I got 1/2 mile down the road and my front right tire was dead flat. Called the shop and was told they couldn't do anything for me if I didn't get there by 6 o'clock (it was now about 5 o'clock). Drove car back to shop on flat because it would not inflate with air and my car had no spare from factory. After getting back to shop, they pulled car in and removed front right tire again. Was told the problem was the bead by one person and that it was the valve stem by the another. They installed a used tire on my car free of charge which was nice and also the correct thing to do (hence the 2 star rating instead of 1 star). However, now my car has a bad steering wheel shake from 55 to 75 mph (which it did NOT have before). Quite disappointed in the work performed and am not confident in shop to take car back for steering wheel shake.

Good people, good choices on inventory, fair prices. I tend to spend my money where I'm happy with what has happened in the past. Had a blowout on a tire Tues. Had a new tire ordered . Tire was installed Wed. No cost on the tire. Small installation fee. Everything was smooth,easy, and done with a smile.

Friendly, approachable and wonderful staff that know what they are doing. Also quite on the cheaper side in terms of pricing compared to those in the city. Would recommend.

Took my car there for breaks. Ended up paying $300+ mire because they said I needed rotarsto make it safe and legal to drive. But they forgot to rotate my tires. I'm not sure if I will go back to the St John's location or not

They're taking really good care of my husband they got them in and something happened but they are fixing it and they're being very polite a reasonable price they're the only ones that could get us in right away everybody else was Friday and I couldn't wait until Friday so I will keep going to Budget tire

Just 5 days after getting a set of new tires put on at Budget Tire in St. Johns, I made a trip with my 10 year old daughter. About 30 minutes into the drive, the first time I went on the freeway since having the new tires, I noticed a vibration feeling in the rear of the vehicle as well as on my steering wheel whenever I drove over 65 mph. Thankfully, we made it home safely but I knew something was seriously wrong with my car. I do have video evidence with the noise my car was making when we came home that evening, sounding like it was quite literally falling apart. The following morning, I took my car into Rick's Auto Experts in St. Johns to have him find a fix. Not even an hour after having it, I received a call from Rick stating my left rear tire had 3 of the 5 tire studs completely broken as well as a hollowed out and bent wheel. Rick specifically said he was surprised I even made it as far as I did without breaking the last two studs off and losing the tire completely. Can you imagine the devastation that could have resulted from losing a tire on the freeway with my daughter? What a huge liability this has become for Budget Tire. I decided to meet Budget Tire's manager, Miller, in person and explain to him the situation. He said he would ensure that he would have "his guys" check every single bolt on all of my tires to make sure it was all properly retorqued and that they would replace any bolts that may need to be replaced as well as get me a "NEW" wheel. He continued to explain to me there is a sign posted up on the shop wall with the specific torque requirements for all vehicles and I can remember as clear as day, he said it's obvious his guys over-torqued the bolts with it being a foreign vehicle. At this point, I was calm and understanding and honestly just wanted to have my car repaired correctly and back in my possession. I then took it on the freeway to a meeting. As soon as I got up to 75mph, the steering wheel started to vibrate again. I was sweating, worried that another wheel could possibly be falling off or on the verge of it. I didn't realize how traumatic this event had been for me until it started happening all over again. As soon as I got to my meeting, I looked at the "new" wheel they had put on. It was deeply scratched in many places and was obviously, nowhere near being a new wheel. I called a few people close to me and all explained that it was a very serious situation, that the negligence of Budget Tire not properly knowing how to torque could have resulted in an accident and even death of my daughter and I from that serious of an accident. Especially at the speeds we were travelling. I drove directly back to Budget in St. Johns and started recording a video on my phone to capture the entire conversation between Miller and I, because I could feel myself not wanting to walk away as easily as I had before and wanted evidence of the response received. When it comes to putting my daughter's livelihood at stake, I will do anything to protect her, as any caring parent would naturally do for their child without question. The fact that I had to come back the very same day that my vehicle was supposedly fixed, was infuriating. Miller's response to my anger was unprofessional and I will be sharing it on YouTube after I post this review. And yes, I let him know he was being recorded, that of which he said he didn't care! I spoke with the owner Shawn today and he was just as disrespectful as Miller, if not worse. Telling me, "Why don't you come down here, take over for me and run the shop yourself!" Was almost comical to think that's how an owner of multiple establishments handles customer service. He was not willing to listen to my statements or review the video I have, which is frankly quite incriminating to Miller and in fact spiderwebs out to Shawn. It's clear Shawn does not care about losing a customer nor about having a very credible dispute filed with the Department of State at this point. My heart goes out to
