Service was horrible, we noted when ordering some shirts were to be sent out of state, each family would be doing their own orders. She lied and lied and put the blame on a family member who has text with confirmation, all orders would be shipped as noted on form. After numerous calls and messages we agreed to meet, she called and accused me of not making appointment and later expected me to drive to a different city to pick up our order, I have shared our issues at our family reunion so no one else has to go through what all our family was put through. My brother was told his order was shipped, it was never shipped, we had to rush and hand out shirts on the day of the reunion as we finally received them 2 days before. She was rude, dishonest and never admitted her errors, again, she blamed all the issues on me, my mom, brothers, nieces and who ever ordered. The shirts were not of quality and literally the image was peeling off as we had them in. Buyer beware with this bad company!!!!!!

Highly recommend Hot Prints! Ordered multiple items and they came very quickly and were such great quality. Will definitely use them for all of our screen printing and embroidery needs.

There is no one better at making shirts with words, illustration, photos or all three. She is quick and has no minimums and no set up fees. You'd simply be crazy to not see what she can do!

Hot Prints is THE place to go if you're tired of giving gift cards as gifts to your loved ones. Why not get them a custom shirt with their own picture on it? Or a coffee cup with their spouse on it?They also do a great job with embroidery, so if your company needs some new shirts/hoodies/etc., give Rebecca a call! Extremely high quality and very affordable.
