This was the first time we used H&R Block and we will not be returning. Our tax pro spelled our name wrong on our return and missed our child tax credit. We received our initial return but are still waiting for the amended amount to be sent to us. We have left so many messages and no one returns our calls. We all pay so much for these services we definitely deserve to be treated better.

Worst tax experience ever. Turbo tax was going to give me $471 back with no charge. H&R said I’d get back $371 and charged me $250. Long story short after all their hidden fees I got back a $24 check. Thanks a lot.
