Sounds like y’all need to clean up around the outside of your store! Kids from the neighborhood are picking up your trash to make it look better our back and rotten spoiled pools of milk everywhere back there?! Huge post on the St John’s page about the cleanliness. Sounds like corporate needs to intervene!

The Kroger staff has been so helpful and friendly, since I moved back into town and sometimes need a hand, after having a stroke. They make me feel like part of their Kroger family, whenever I go in. They go above and beyond the call of duty for me and others. They always have. Many of them sent cards, messages and inquired about me after the stroke, because that is the kind of people they are. So caring. I can not say enough good about them, especially Eddie-Jo in the Meat Dept and Theresa and Cindy in Floral. Thank you all! You are so appreciated!

Mrs Susan Ryan is wonderful! She helped me get my first profit . She made the entire process smooth and I felt completely supported after investing the minimum of $1000 she made over $10,500 for me in a week . I highly recommend her to anyone who’s planning on joining the crypto currency market . Contact her Email:

I recently had a surgery and the doctor had to prescribe stronger pain medicine as what he prescribed me wasn't working simply ask the lady why it was taking so long it had been 4 hours since the prescription was called in I could hear her yell in the background this guy is yelling at me I'm not going to take this I'm going to let you talk to the pharmacist so then the pharmacist gets on says I'm sorry I've been giving covid shots all day so we're way behind completely ridiculous prescriptions get put on the back burner because you're giving covet shots what are well-being don't mean nothing I'm going to switch my pharmacy Kroger pharmacy is too much to deal with

Beyond slow! We called in a prescription refill just after 5pm and was told we could pick it up in 45 minutes. We had things to do, didn't get to the pharmacy until 8pm. Now we're sitting in the car with our kids waiting because they are just now filling the prescription. What happened to it being ready by 6pm?

Kroger is convenient although last week I waited at the meat counter and couldn’t get any help. So I did some more shopping went back and still no one was there to assist me.

We just got home from Kroger (Feb 16, 2019), It was absolutely DISGUSTING! The cashier on register #--, was repeatedly & violently coughing & looked as though she was struggling to catch her breath during her bouts of harsh coughing. There has been a sickness going around within the last 2 months of a coughing illness... my whole family got it one by one so I believe it IS contagious. I got home & called the Store MANAGER & I informed him... he said he cant send her home before her shift is over because then he 'would have to pay her'! WOW- ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Probability is High that this cashier is INFECTING many customers & he wont send her home. People have jobs to go to & families to care for and do not need sick cashiers and baggers to contaminate them with sickness. A few days ago, I was in there again buying a few groceries and a bagger employee was coughing more than usual while he hovered his head OVER my paper grocery bag... looking down into it as he put the 'food items' into the bag. I said something to a store employee & then I left. I plan to NOT SHOP AT KROGER anymore... they have continued to keep sick employees at work.

I recently switched from Kroger to Rite Aid because I've had so many problems after Bob retired. I ran out of a medication 15 days early and that's when I realized Kroger had shorted me 30 pills out of 60. When I tried to talk to them about it they treated me like a drug addict and said there is no way they miscounted (this wasn't even a narcotic). I also told them the bottle was not initialed by the pharmacy which they always do. They still didn't believe me so I called and talked to the store manager and he had them look into it. Sure enough I got a call that they found a bottle of 30 pills on some shelf with my name on it. They weren't apologetic and just blamed it on a newer girl “just doing her job†so I switched. I am so happy with Rite Aid so far. Their customer service is amazing and I hardly ever have to wait.
