The lady’s at the St. John’s branch are the most world renowned tellers on the planet! They go above and beyond for their members! I probably shouldn’t say this, but some of us get special treatment every time we walk in! Example A big yell of my name “Steven!!!!!!!!” Makes me feel special every time! Sometimes I even go out of my way just to stop at the St. John’s branch as it is the closest one to my house!

Great experience with a car loan. I just paid it off and changed my banking from a credit union to LAFCU. Couldn't be more happy with the friendly staff! Shout out to Connie for making us feel comfortable and helping us with our new loan and making the transition to LAFCU go smooth!!

Worst customer service. 0 stars for your phone system and waiting 45 minutes on hold every single time I call- no matter the reason, 0 stars for your ability to take weeks to Start GAP claims and make excuses why it isn't done timely and correct and last but not least 0 starts for your terrible employees.Done doing business with LAFCU.

Always slow at answering the phone, can be on the phone for half a hour and still no answer to get help. Plus they are bullies when it comes to paying your loans, threaten repossession when your only one payment behind. When stuff happens and you cant make a payment they dont try and work with you, they get a attitude and demand money right then and there. Cant wait to get rid of this bank once my car is paid off. Never recommend this bank to anyone
