“Dan and his crew at Jiffy do great work! Yet even the greatest can make an error occasionally. Yesterday I picked up my car from them after getting it fixed and it left me stranded on the way home. So I called them from the side of the road. They proved again, I can trust them to do the right thing. They not only came to get me and to look at my car, but they admitted the error, got it fixed the same day, and Dan went out of his way to express his remorse and make sure I was ok. They are a small shop that doesnt have time to be driving all over to pick up their customers in 8 degree weather! So many mechanics I've been to in the past would've blamed the problem on me, or not honed up to their error, or left me to figure it out, or made me pay extra for something. But these guys go out of their way to show they care about the people they serve as much as the cars they service. That's rare! I'm a Jiffy-lifer and I encourage you to give them a shot if your car needs to be repaired. Thanks again Dan for running an honest shop that serves human beings!”

“They got my car in right away after my check engine light had come on. By the end of the day Rick had a diagnosis and plan of attack, and by 10am the next day I was on the road again!! He called me himself and explained everything in SUCH detail. I really appreciated that, especially being female. A lot of times they don't bother going into detail with us, but he did!! My car is running better than ever! Bonus: a smell issue when the car was hot that I never mentioned to them that I'd taken the car to the dealership for three times for with no luck is now finally gone too!!!
