I can't say enough about the store in St. Joseph,MI. My husband spoke by phone with the store on Saturday night minutes before closing to find a part for our van. The gentleman on the phone took his time, answered questions and help locate the part. On Sunday morning when I went to get the part for my husband armed with a picture of the part on my phone, I encountered a different gentleman. Who was very patient with me and went above and beyond. He spoke to my husband by phone about the part and got the part. Unfortunately the part was the wrong part but it wasn't the store's fault. I returned to the store with out my purse. The gentleman located the part I needed and then brainstormed ways for me to avoid having to drive half hour back to my house to get my debit card and return for the part. All the while apologies for a mistake that wasn't his, it was ours. This is a great store with an amazing staff. I would and do recommend them to everyone needing auto parts.

St. Joseph, Autozone. I went for what I thought was a dying battery. I wasn’t able to turn on my car and had to be jumped enough to get there. I asked the guy if he could install the battery if that was the problem. He was not very nice or friendly from the start, and not good customer service skills at all. Andnobviously not knowledgeable since he said that my battery was “perfect.” He said if I can, I can’t all the cars. I told him that the battery I had then had been installed by someone there. He said, “again, if I can, not all the cars can be done.” He checked the battery and said that the battery was perfect and it wasn’t that. The next day I couldn’t turn my car on again. I had to call someone to jumpstart my car. I went to autozone in Berrien Springs and they installed my new battery. They were very professional, very nice and had great customer skills.
I will never go to Autozone in St. Joseph ever again.

We had a break-down while passing through on a Sunday afternoon. Roy T and the other guys were EXTREMELY helpful in helping us get the exhaust back together and get on the road. THANK YOU guys!! You were a day-saver.

I had a nice fella named Damien help me out today after making a rather dumb mistake with my car. He went well above and beyond what I would think his requirements are, and I'm so grateful for the help. He was super kind and patient, and the world needs more of this. They told me they could get me a part for my car, and program it to work. When it came in they said they couldn't program it.

Roy has always gone above and beyond each and every time we have come in with a small problem. He thoroughly checks out the vehicle and gives recommendations to get the vehicle repaired so we are not without a vehicle. Appreciate his honesty and knowledge.

I stopped in a few days ago to have a back brake light replaced and a new battery put in a key fob…I had the best customer service from Damion. I will most definitely be back, appreciate great customer service!

Reasonable prices and fabulous service! My headlight was out and I wasn't exactly sure how to replace it. Damian, the wonderful young man working at AutoZone offered to take a look and see if he could help me. Even though it was cold and windy he was able to quickly replace the bulb for me.
