The staff are friendly and helpful until we were trapped on their property on a Saturday morning before the office opened with our travel trailer. Only one half of gate would open. Upon calling, we were told to contact the police or fire department to help. They apparently have no after hours service to help you if the gate doesn’t work and had no interest in helping us.
FYI, we did contact you directly (in person after you opened) and had to take the gate apart ourselves at the direction of the police to get out.

The people I worked with to set up my storage were very helpful. The space itself was very clean. I would recommend them.

I very unexpectedly needed a storage unit. The staff when I called were very helpful in getting a unit for me. Then, when I got to the storage facility, I realized I needed a larger unit. Jennifer in the office was more than helpful with helping me change to a larger unit.
This was the second time I had to use a storage facility. Both times it has been with Storage Rentals of America because of how well the staff helps in a time of need.

Jennifer in the Red Arrow Highway office in Stevensville (MI) has always been very helpful and pleasant. When we had a slight issue with our unit, she handled it professionally and efficiently.

It really doesn’t make any sense that you can’t catch a physical person in any of these locations when the hours claim they are 9am-5pm.
