SOME ONE IS USING OUR PHONE NUMBER TO TRY AND AND GET SCRIPTS FROM MICHIGAN, WE ARE 2.5 SOUTH.
WE HAVE CALLED AND ONLY GET WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER BUDDY, WE HAVE 15 PHONE LINES , I HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKIN WHICH ONE US BEING CALLED.
THESE PEOPLE ARE TRASH MUCH LIKE THE SHERIFF IN THAT COUNTY, I CALLED THE SHERIFF TO MAKE A REPORT, IM TOLD TO DEAL WITH MY LOCAL PD WHEN THE CALLS ARE COMING FROM NICHIGAN,
WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET ANYONE TO DO THERE JOB ANYMORE, I HATE TO BE SUCH A BURDEN WHILE THE DISPATCH SITS IN A ROOM THATS AIR CONDITIONED AT TAX PAYER EXPENSE , ONLY WILLING TO WORK WHEN THEY KNOW THE PERSON INVOLVED.
LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CALL THE LOCAL NEWS, 1 CALL MIGHT BE A MISTAKE EVEN 2 OR 5 BUT NOT 10 TO 12 IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM AND I PROTECTING MYSELF AND MY BUSINESS.
DO YOUR JOB!!!! SUCH POOR SKILLS . GO TO FAST FOOX SINCE YOU DONT WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

You’re a pharmacy. It’s in the name. Why would the pharmacy close two hours before the store? Poor planning. Poor management. Many CVS’ offer 24 hour pharmacy services. Bad logic.

Every time I go into this store I have to track down an associate to help me at the cash register. Most the time it takes 10 minutes or more to actually find someone!

Tried to call for 3 days! NEVER received a return call explaining why they can't fill my prescription...had to go in and the pharmacy team all but called me a liar that I had tried to call!! Customer service does not exist here. So sorry I had to raise my voice trying to get them to hear what I was asking! They invited me to take my prescriptions elsewhere to fill them from now on. Great customer service CVS!! Needless to say but we will be moving ALL our prescriptions to Meijer, including my husbands and familys. Way to lose customers, CVS!! Good for you!!

The opportunity to receive walk-in injections in a timely matter was truly appreciated!
Being greeted at the door prepares you for the great customer service to come.
The staff is excellent.
The pharmacists give you the time needed to be truly helpful, yet run a tight ship with kindness.
I am so impressed!

Great staff , very helpful and fast . I use to go to Walgreen pharmacy in Stevensville , Omg rude people . Even I complain and pharmacy manager more on the top lol . I live in Baroda and CVS is almost 11 miles but I love to go their just because I feel welcomed there .

I really like the pharmacy here because the people are always busy feeling prescriptions. They are also helpful and have a good turnaround time. Lines at the pharmacy are usually manageable if there any at all.

Been with CVS for a while now. It was good, and had no issues. Now I have had an issue and there is absolutely no way to call and speak to anyone. Looking for a good recommendation, and don't say Walgreens, they are no better.
