I got a new insurance card, and it wouldn't work, I called my insurance it was fine. I called to see if my new insurance otc card was registered in the system at CVS.
JILL was very rude, and basically hung up on me. She really needs to learn customer service and they need to teach their employees how to change insurance in thier system. They claim there is no way to do it.
I doubt I will be back, taking my business somewhere else and canceling my extra care account. !!!

Don't waste your time. They cancel your flu shot appointments without any reason. Have tried to book several times. 👎

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I've been given the runaround multiple times regarding a prescription that should have been ready days ago. I was told on two separate occasions that it would be ready by specific dates, only to find out it hasn't even been started yet. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as medication. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is not helpful, not knowledgeable and they don’t answer phone. This has happened 90% of the time with 100% of our family.
