I broke down Friday on I 94 near Stevensville and Connor the Goodyear tire tech came out to take care of me. He was prompt in getting there and even was able to fix the dented mudflap on my trailer. After calling in, I was back on my way after 2 hours of calling dispatch..Conner, you rock!

Refused to honor free tire rotation and balance that was part of my Goodyear purchase, forcing me to drive over an hour to have this service done at the Goodyear I bought my tires from. This manager should be fired and replaced by someone that understands business obligations

This place is amazing! The owner took me in right away and was working as efficiently as a machine educated me on what was going on with my tires, and he was done in no time for what had to be done. Will come back to this place every time whenever I need help in the future. 5 STARS IS UNDERATING THIS PLACE.

I'm traveling around towing a camper and while in PA last month i had put a new set of Goodyear Endurance tires on. Thank you Taylor for taking care of me yesterday. I had a bubble develop on one of the new tires. Even though I didn't purchase them at your location and I was obviously just passing through you took the time to take care of my issue as if I was a big local account. There was no replacement tire available in the area, yet Taylor went above and beyond to find me a replacement available along my travels and scheduled me an appointment at another location. They changed out my spare and got me back on the road. Great service! Ty.

Traveling from St. Louis to St. Joseph I had a combination of car troubles. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received. I applaud the Goodyear Team who made it possible for safe travels to return home. Friendly, accommodating and superb service!
