“Went to Tmobile in Stevensville today to have them transfer data from my old phone to new one I had purchased online through Tmobile. I was standing at the door I arrived about 5 mins before opening and the Mgr opened the door early to let me in. He was super nice and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this location if you're in need of service or a new phone. Nice new building about a year old across from Cracker Barrel and next to Starbucks! Outstanding job today! Great Service, professional!!”
“Evil AI bot will not permit you to call local store. Comcast is the worst customer service any where on the planet. They need to disable the AI bot and allow person to person communication. It is pure evil AI programed to annoy aggravate and discourage customer contact. Who ever programed this AI bot needs to be fired. It does not enhance customer service. It purposely makes the experience bad. Comcast advertise their customer service. They must be paid actors. Well, I avoided the evil and AI bot And went to the actual store in benton Harbor, Michigan. They were very pleasant, courteous and professional the way customer service be. The gentleman was very polite and respectful, A nice change in pace from dealing with the customer service line. Talking to humans is better than talking to a computer.”
