Great little pharmacy! Always fast on fills and they have friendly attitudes. Walgreens in saint joe regularly takes 4+ days to refill my cardiac drugs. They’re a real class act

My preferred pharmacy since 2017. No major problems to date. Appreciate the work they do. I've seen worse: Walgreens (St. Joseph, Benton Harbor).

They are awesome at helping you get the cheapest possible price. They work with you and are overall very helpful! Plus awesome prices on OTC items!

My preferred pharmacy since 2017. Claudette is the best!! Haven't had any major problems. Friendly, reliable, service with a smile (most of the time). I've seen worse: Walgreens (St. Joseph, Benton Harbor).

On two separate occasions my husband called in a prescription for refill, was told it would be available for pick up the next day after 5:00 PM. neither time was it available and in fact the second occasion he waited 3 days before picking it up and it still wasn’t filled.

I was going here for what should be convenience it was close to home and my neurologist who prescribes my anti seizure medicine is there and since I was unable to drive for the greater part of last year much needed. Alas no more, I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the service provided. Due to low staffing there are constant delays, I had my prescription only partially filled awhile ago and they said to come back which when I did they had no record of my partial fill, ok? It is not a terribly pricey prescription but if in the future what if it is? so while i was short & frustrated on the phone with the person for yet another issue I asked for it to be filled and I will pick it up later. I showed up 4-5 hours later and they had sent my prescription to the main hospital where I could not pick it up yet... I asked the person whose badge said "expert" about why?I had not requested it nor was it normal protocol and she shrugged with a sorry. Well I am sorry that while the building is clean, close, and accepts my insurance they do nothing to care about your business, don't have enough or appropriate staffing, and ultimately just want you go elsewhere. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
