I walked right in to the location on Niles at the time of my appointment with no wait. The woman on staff was pleasant and professional as she verified my information at the front desk. We had a lovely chat back in the room as she drew my blood (which was a seamless, painless procedure) and I was on my way. In and out within minutes.
