“I had an old Welch Allyn opthalmoscope with a dead but rechargeable battery. I could not figure a way to charge it and called Kelsey for help in buying a charger which was suitable. She asked me detailed questions as we went thru several rounds of emailed diagnostic requests. In the end, she solved my problem and figured out a way for me to recharge it without me buying anything. She was really lovely on the phone as well as incredibly generous with her time.”
