If I could give a negative star review, I would.
The place was absolutely filthy, and I almost couldn't breathe when I walked in. The fumes were overwhelming.
My friend and I brought our 4 and 8-year-old daughters for pedicures. Our daughter's nail polish was peeling off within an hour. My friend's nail polish was wet and tacky more than 24 hours after her toes were painted. The bottoms of my feet were rougher after the pedicure. I'm not sure how she pulled that off, but that was a first for me.
What a waste of $130.

Went here to get a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax for my residency graduation. My nails on my fingers and toes were cut unevenly, the lady refused to polish my whole nail and the sides around the cuticle were left bare. Her excuse was “You don’t need the whole nail painted.” The brush strokes were visible on the polish on my toes.
When it came time for my eyebrows, they looked nice but then hours later I noticed my skin was waxed off and I developed burn scars under my eyebrows which took a week to come off.
Worst nail salon I have visited in my entire life. I now drive over an hour away if I want any salon services.

Cameron did a great job with my pedicure. Hats off to him. I wish the massage had been more than a couple minutes. The gentleman that did my manicure flew through the whole process. Barely took care of my cuticles. Did a 20-second hand massage. I used to go here all the time over a decade ago and got such good service. However, now prices have greatly increased and service has gone down. I won't be going back when I'm in town.

I only get French tip designs everytime at this place, the only person that is friendly here is the older male.. and the couple that's expecting.. the customer service socks! EVERYTIME I come it's a different price too..

Not a problem getting an appointment but this place is not clean, the tools used to get a manicure were not clean nor was the product. They pack them in like sardines, the techs only speak Chinese and rudely talks across the to other workers only in Chinese nor do they even try to converse while they do the manicure. Won't go there again!

Three of us went in last Tuesday for gel nails for our vacation. My daughter's nails were chipping by the next day. The other two of us had nails chipping by day 2. I saw the sign that said they guarantee the nails for 2 days but we were leaving town and didn't have time to go back in.
By day 3 two of us had nail chips so bad that they just peeled them all of. Mine look a mess but for what I paid for this I've left them alone.
What a waste of $30 plus tip. Very disappointed.

I don't recommend they charged me $74 for a normal set with gel then only wanted to do one coat ! Saying I got a design because he only put it on tips !! Then tore up skin around my cuticles they are bleeding never again

This was the second time I came in since it looks like they are under new ownership. The lady looked at me like I wasn’t even there. Ignored me totally. And then when I was asking what’s going on she still continued to ignore me. The man at the desk told me to come in for an appointment. I came in and then was told it was a wait of 45 mins after being told to come right away. Very poor customer service. I used to go here for at least 6 years. They lost a customer and I definitely will be letting other know. I felt very unwelcomed.

I went to this shop per a referral. It asked for a medi with my nails dipped and a regular pedi . The medi was mediocre and the pedi was below average. And on top of that she had a bad attitude. Well to say the least she did not receive a tip, I will never go there again, nor would I recommend anyone wasting their money, or time at that establishment.
