I have gone here for over 20 years, always happy with my service. They recently have new ownership. And now they don’t talk to you, no interaction at all. Also my nails never stay on. I always have a repair every two weeks due to fills not being done right. I have given them a shot but will not pay for fixes that were on them. I have talked to many others that have the same experience. I think they will be losing some business if they don’t step up . I will not be back for one.

Pedicure was excellent. Nails were done very fast and a little sloppy. They need to update their website to say they are closed on Mondays. It says they are open so I drove over there in the rain to find a dark building.Services: Manicure

I am Very disappointed with Nail Tech nail salon in st joseph mi. They are uncaring, unprofessional and the service quality is very bad. I have gone there for over 10 years and recently notice a drastic decline in service! quite drastically!! (especially when they deal with people of color). The pedicure massage chairs do not work and the workers are untrained. On my last visit (September 2022) They refused to move a client to a working pedicure chair —one that was not broken since It was her Birthday and her main purpose was to get a massage during pedicure—there were several open pedi chairs but manager rudely refused to move her to a working chair ! Plus the worker had to be reminded that she is supposed to scrub/wash the clients feet during pedicure (her response was “Oh I forgot) …Duh! The nail polish was applied lumpy and not smooth. And the gel polish chips after 2 days . The manager Michael/Owner and worker is very rude and not accommodating when service issues are brought to his attention I heard him tell his customers “if they don’t like it don’t come back”. He is very rude and apparently don’t care. So BEWARE! I’m warning anyone looking for good quality friendly and professional service to NOT GO To NAIL TECH in St Joseph MI!!!!Services: Foot massages

BAD SERVICE!!Today 9/17/22 my BDay went to Nail Tech first person of the day, my sis recommended the service. Felt so hurt and diaappointment on my b'day with pedi and the massage chair that didn't work, the pedi was terrible, ask to be moved to another chair the owner said "NO"- micheal, and that i broke it and to play with it. SO all i did was try it and the chair didnt work. I was very nice,cordial and repectful. The owner -MIcheal, treated me cold/nasty manner and with no customer service. MY SIS came in later and ask if he would move me to another chair bc she was getting a pedi. too. At that point. I really felt racially mistreated/targeted in the presence of others. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER! And the owner has a sign saying if not satisfied see mgr well that didn't work on my special day. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Micheal is very selective with with the customer service, This company does not treat ppl fairly. TRUELY DISAPPOINTED!Service: Pedicure

Very unprofessional and poor service...went to celebrate my sisters Birthday and get her Pedi and mani and massage...She enjoys the massage chair while getting a pedi and that was the main reason she went there. Unfortunately the pedicure chair she sat at didn't work...she asked to be moved to one of the open chairs that did work and told very rudely said "no". The manager/owner Michael was very rude also and He was unaccommodating..Even after we explained that it was her Birthday and her back hurt and she really wanted a massage. The sad thing is we have been going there for years and they know us. ...but They still seem to not care....not going back there.

After past poor customer service at other salons, I was so satisfied with this nail salon because they do beautiful work. However, on my fourth visit, I entered the store and NOBODY else was there. I requested a fill with Mike and a pedi. Mike's wife told me to get the pedi first. I did as she requested. Meanwhile, another customer comes in and requests a full set as my pedi was about finished. Mike helps this patron and proceeds to tell me that I have to wait another 30 minutes at least! I was so disappointed and just left after the pedi. When I called back to express my disappointment, Mike told me that because I was getting a pedi, I had to wait?! WHY?! I was there first and his wife could have had him do MY nails first BEFORE the pedi! After all, he was in the back of the shop when I arrived! Oh well, I thought that I had found the best place to spend my money and good tips. Customer service is so important after the start of COVID. Unfortunately, I'm still searching for the best nail salon...

I know places can get busy especially with being short staffed. But there's no reason to be rude on the phone and hang up on someone cause you're busy. Professionalism goes a long way. I ended going to Nail Care down the street,next to subway.they are always so nice!

Horribly disappointed. I normally always get Mercedes or Cameron but they gave me someone new. From the insulting of the feet to the polish chipping the next day. Nail tech has gone down hill.Cameron and Mercedes are the only reason I come.Services: Pedicures

i’ve never been to a nail salon leaving 100% satisfied with my nails until today! i had a walk in appointment and they took care of me right away. thank you michael!
