Oil Change
“I had a great experience at the Performance Plus in Benton Harbor! I had gotten an oil change at the St. Joe location and came to Benton Harbor to redeem my car wash coupon, but the machine was giving me an error. Multiple team members noticed I was having trouble and kindly asked if I needed help. They all worked together to get everything sorted out quickly and gave me a new code with no hassle. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind—I really appreciated the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!”
“Loved Antwon and his ability to inform me and not pressure me on areas of support my car could beneficiary from! He was super helpful, understanding and informative! Definitely going there again!”
“This is the best service center I have been to. They are extremely helpful and patient. Nick was the most pleasant employee and I could tell he loved his job. Thank you!”
