The phlebotomist was great, easy stick & very good customer service.
The location is easy in and out and it never takes me much time to get things done here.

I am not new to using Quest Diagnostics as a business, this location was a bit of a drive for me, as there wasn't any Quest locations closer to my home, there was other labs closer, but I have used Quest on the past 10 years, and I have been satisfied. I made an appointment online , if you sign up for their text messaging, you will receive confirmation of the appointment as well as the ability to check in from you cellphone, due to my cell service, I had to check in at the kiosk in the office. I was greeted by the front desk gal -her name is Melissa. She was nice and friendly.I was in and out within 10 minutes. Clean office.Ample parking.

No problems. Efficient and polite. Had my results in less than 24 hours and only paid $56 for annual blood work. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

Easy, good and cheap.I don't understand where the negative reviews come from. I easily ordered my test online. In person took a few minutes and they found the vein right away. Test results the next morning

I visited this facility which is considered in network. However, they sent my labs to a facility in Illinois and then billed my insurance as an out of network facility without even telling me. Very unprofessional and bad way to do business. I also filled a complaint with the BBB

My fiancee had an appointment here, with text proof. She confirmed her appointment at the kiosk. The rude staff told her she didn't have an appointment and brushed her off saying they could not see her in the system. They absolutely refused to help her saying they didn't know what they could do. This is a terrible place to go to and there are better places to go within 20 minutes for lab testing. Please do not use this lab. Absolutely a horrible place run by incompetent and apathetic people.
